EU tests Chinese cars and wants to borrow money from China at the same time

Geely Emgrand EC7 crush-testSo what is the result of these two matters? Untill now, all chinese cars were failing the EuroNCAP tests. The smallest and lightest cars from Europe had better crush-test results, than the biggest and most massive limousines from China. I wonder… is this related to Europe’s affords for Chinese money in crisis? I am not saying that the crush-test itself was a clear fake, but there are dozens of variables in these tests, also sending a few engineers to China would be easier. Or maybe chinese engineers did it all by themselves…

I wonder…in todays era of the Internet why doesn’t somebody try to challenge these crush-tests, yeah there’s a matter of costs… But if US teens can afford buying  few most expensive cellphones and then crushing or blending them, then buying a few years old cars isn’t far ahead. And if these tests gave interesting(different then NCAP)results, then the team behind them certainly would have easy access to funding for crushing newer cars.

The question is: can somebody shake this industry without the support of a government? I hear all the time about some great “eco-projects shut down, because some oil company bought it and closed” so they can sell oil for more. Just a conspiracy thought… But maybe the question is: when will somebody shake the motor industry without the support of a government, but with a strong social support coming from the Internet.

  1. I hardly leave a response, but i did some searching and wound up here EU tests Chinese cars and wants to borrow money from China at the same time | Bare tech. And I do have 2 questions for you if it’s allright. Could it be just me or does it look like some of the remarks appear like left by brain dead visitors? :-P And, if you are writing at additional online sites, I’d like to follow everything new you have to post. Could you make a list of all of your communal pages like your linkedin profile, Facebook page or twitter feed?
